I did a test on my Enneagramm with the results in the heading. This means I am a reformer / perfectionist with peacemaker wing (1w9) and with the same percentage also a dynamic achiever with helper wing (3w2).

Knowing my personality might help a lot when cooperating with me on a variety of projects. These are steps for FrontSideSolutions and should be achieved in my view to succeed in corporations as a mentor. I meditated about my role as mentor in recent days. The requirements for a mentor to consult other leaders in business are high. Business leaders usually won’t waste time and they expect quality. Therefore I put work into preparation for such a role.
To me this is more than just a hobby – it is inner engineering. Self-actualization is not just for myself, it effects the surroundings as well. And the effects are in my private network as well as in business. In buddhism we also say that we want to transfer buddhism to daily life. We define it in the outside through our actions.
Knowing my enneagramm could also help with cooperation within our study group. People will get a clear mind about who they talk with and what to expect.
