We cannot and must not ignore the aspect of our own work. It is often a significant part of our lives; for example, I spend a full 40 hours a week on it. Thus, the crucial question is: how do we bring knowledge into practice, that is, into our daily work practice? Let’s look at this with the four laws of success.
It is currently very interesting to see how, many years ago, I planted a seed and brought up something that initially fell on deaf ears. I then let go and left the orchestration to the universe. Now, I realize that years later, the younger people in our company are picking up that very seed and want to cultivate it with full self-motivation, partly because they learned about it during their studies. This again proves to me that it is right to let go, and that goals can still be achieved without clinging to them. I even find it better that this motivation now comes from them and is not imposed by me onto others. The goal I had brought up years ago is, in a way, still present in the field and has now become truly active.
This, of course, only works if you don’t tie it to the ego. Someone who makes the mistake of tying everything to their ego would react differently and think: “Great, now they’re even stealing my idea.” That is the crucial difference as to why the ego must be set aside first.
Which brings us back to our study group and the main goal of helping others. So where we can help most is with resting power especially in lots of different companies. When you really understood the four laws of success you will also find out that they not only make you more successful but they also bring you less stress because you let go and therefore as you do not cling on your goals you create less stress on yourself. You still put forth the necessary actions to set the seeds but there is no micro management. Instead you put a lot of trust in the force of the universe and that the universe will orchestrate some details for you.
As you put your ego aside there is also the benefit that others will be more motivated because in a way it is their natural motivation that comes from their inner most and their own energy not from your energy you push to others. The main difference is that the others work with their own energy which will ultimately always be the case at the end but if it was partly by your energy with what you pushed to others and that energy gets removed to restore the self-energy of the others then efforts might fail. If it was by their own energy from the beginning the efforts will succeed as that energy is long lasting and stays with them. This is a hard lesson for some to learn. Wisdom comes along the view that every individual has to stay free in his own decisions – so free in his energy. There is only negotiation happening at the borders of the edges of your energy field.
May this wisdom translate to practical applications also in the business world. May it help to have motivated employees who succeed in their work with passion.
May this passion lead to happiness and may it help for self-realization.
